CLF vs Asia Forex Mentor (AFM) — Asia’s best-known mentor brand

A genuinely big reputation.
A price you meet on a webinar.

The verdict in 20 seconds

Asia Forex Mentor, founded by Ezekiel Chew in Singapore, is the most cited mentor brand in Asia: its One Core Program carries ratings the site attributes to Investopedia and Benzinga, students rate it 4.9/5 by its own count, and it states it has trained traders at institutions including a major Philippine state bank. What the public pages do not print is the programme price — the route runs through a free webinar. Come Learn Forex prints everything up front: £120 all-in, Ofqual-regulated, exam and certificate included, free Taster first.

Who they are

The strongest brand in Asia — measured fairly.

Ezekiel Chew has built Asia Forex Mentor into the reference name for forex education across Asia: live training in cities throughout the region, a flagship One Core Program, appearances and ratings the site attributes to outlets including Investopedia and Benzinga, and a stated track record training traders inside banks and funds — including DBP, the second-largest state-owned bank in the Philippines, by their account. Students, by AFM’s own count, rate it 4.9/5. This is not a fly-by-night operation and we will not pretend otherwise.

The structural differences are two. First, price: AFM’s programme cost is not printed on its public pages; the path runs through a free webinar where the offer is made. Second, what you hold at the end: AFM issues its own completion credential; there is no regulated qualification stated. CLF’s bet is the opposite on both — the price is on the page, and the certificate sits on an Ofqual-regulated framework anyone can look up before paying. Which bet suits you depends on what you want to hold when the course is over.

The honest bit

When Asia Forex Mentor is genuinely the right call.

You are in Asia and want regional live trainingAFM has run live sessions in cities across Asia for years. Regional presence and timezone fit are real advantages.
Their proprietary system appeals to youOne Core Program is a defined, mature methodology with a long public track record of students. That maturity has value.
You weight media ratings highlyRatings attributed to Investopedia and Benzinga are meaningful signals, even though they are not the same thing as regulation.
You want a mentor-figure, not an institutionSome learners do best following one named trader. Ezekiel Chew is exactly that, with a longer public profile than most.
But ask the two questions this page runs on: what is the total price, in writing, before the webinar ends — and does the certificate sit on any regulated framework you can look up? Strong brands answer both without flinching. So should we: £120, TQUK, centre 38286404878, checked in two minutes.

Questions

The obvious questions.

By reputation, one of the most established mentor brands in Asia: founded by Ezekiel Chew, with media ratings the site attributes to Investopedia and Benzinga and institutional training claims including a Philippine state bank. Our comparison is structural, not ethical: AFM's price arrives via webinar and its credential is self-issued, while CLF prints £120 and certificates through an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation.
The programme price is not printed on their public pages — it is presented via their free webinar. CLF's accredited Level 2 is £120 all-in, printed on the page, exam and TQUK certificate included.
What you can check before paying and what you hold after. CLF: printed price, published syllabus, Ofqual-regulated qualification (TQUK centre 38286404878), 977 auditable member-reported results, free Taster. AFM: strong reputation and mature methodology, price via webinar, self-issued credential.
If you are based in Asia, want a named mentor with a long regional track record, and value their specific One Core methodology, AFM is a serious option — attend the webinar, and simply get the full price in writing before deciding.
No. Most retail traders lose money, and no honest educator promises otherwise.

Respect the reputation.
Still ask for the price in writing.
